My wife and I were a little concerned going into this upgrade. We bought a new double wide from Fiesta Homes, and they handled all the contractors except the electrician. From start to finish April kept us updated. Total time for everything took less than 7 weeks. We are talking new septic, plumbing, concrete foundation and electrical upgrade. There was brief time we didn't think they would make the deadline but they pulled through and delivered on their promises. No issues with the home so far and already making memories here.
